St. Joseph's Foundation receives $5,500 grant from Dakota Medical Foundation

Dakota Medical Foundation awarded St. Joseph's Area Health Services Foundation a $5,500 grant in support of philanthropic efforts to better serve the healthcare needs of area residents.

St. Joseph's Foundation is a nonprofit organization working to enhance the healing ministry at St. Joseph's. Foundation efforts bring financial support and awareness to programs and services. Excellence and quality healthcare remains a priority for all who live here -- now and for the future.

The grant supports St. Joseph's Foundation expanding fund development efforts to provide stewardship and create giving opportunities at all levels from annual and occasional to legacy gifts.

St. Joseph's Foundation began in 2006 when clinic and hospital leaders collaborated to build a medical center bringing both entities under one roof. Today, St. Joseph's and Essentia Health share modern facilities providing today's patients with state-of-the-art care and practices.

The vision and spirit of St. Joseph's Foundation continues to build giving opportunities and alliances with a growing base of supporters for the benefit of our region.
