St. Joseph’s Hospice Chicken Dinner Set

St. Joseph’s Area Health Services Foundation will host its 25th annual Hospice Chicken Dinner from 4:30 to 7 p.m. on Friday, July 20 at the American Legion Club in Park Rapids.

All proceeds from the dinner support St. Joseph’s Hospice.

On the menu is a full home-style chicken dinner including mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, cranberries, rolls, a beverage and the now-famous brownie sundae dessert bar.

Adult dinners are $9, $4 for children ages 4-12 and children under 3 eat free.

The hospice event is a great time to learn more about St. Joseph’s Hospice work with the Department of Veterans Affairs to bring the “We Honor Veterans” program to patients. It is a way to recognize a veteran’s unique life story and needs while receiving hospice care.
